Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the items in your cart. Your order is accepted when we confirm it for preparation. We may contact you or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, payment cannot be authorized, or we identify a pricing error.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Any delivery fee or applicable tax will be displayed during checkout before you confirm payment. Payment must be authorized using one of the methods offered at checkout.
Availability and substitutions
Plants are seasonal living products and availability can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you about a suitable alternative or refund the unavailable item. We will not substitute an item without your agreement.
Delivery
- Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and can be affected by traffic, weather, access restrictions, and plant-handling needs.
- You are responsible for providing a complete address, working phone number, and safe delivery instructions.
- Someone should be available to receive living plants. If a delivery cannot be completed, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Risk in the products passes to you when the order is delivered to the address or recipient you provided.
Plant care after delivery
We deliver plants selected for quality at dispatch. After delivery, plant health depends on its environment and care. Follow the care guidance supplied with your plant and contact us promptly if it arrived with a problem.
Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements, store credits, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, EverFlora is not responsible for indirect loss or for loss caused by incorrect care, misuse, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the courts with relevant jurisdiction in the UAE, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
