- Provide a complete address, nearby landmark, and working UAE phone number.
- Make sure someone is available to receive living plants at the selected address.
- Check that lifts, gates, reception desks, and building access are available for larger items.
- Contact us early if you need to correct the address or delivery instructions.
When your order arrives
Inspect the plants and packaging when you receive them. Natural variation in leaves, shape, and fullness is normal for living plants.
If anything is damaged, unhealthy on arrival, or missing, take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours with your order number.
